Can we speak/meet before we book you?
Yes of course! We spend a lot of time with on the day so it's important we are right for you. Use the Contact form to get in touch.

How much is the deposit?
A date cannot be held without a deposit and we already have bookings two years ahead; early booking is highly recommended. A non-returnable deposit  of £100 secures the date and payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. The balance is due 7 days before the wedding date.

Do we need two photographers?
We are a husband and wife team who have photographed weddings together since 2006. We split during the day to cover different viewpoints and this allows time for Rich to fly the drone for aerial photos. Smaller weddings can be covered by one photographer.

Can we speak to you before the wedding?
Wherever possible we will arrange to speak to you before the wedding to go through your requirements and plans. Due to our busy schedule, this can be a meeting in person, or a telephone/video call which saves time for all of us. Weekend meetings are very limited but can be arranged with notice. If you want to chat before you book, just contact us to arrange.

How many pictures do we get?
As with any photography, the final number of photographs is dependant upon the prevailing circumstances such as weather and available lighting conditions. There may be occasions where photography is restricted by the venue or those officiating and this may limit opportunities to take photographs.  We will do our utmost to accommodate all situations and any requests you have. Depending on the factors mentioned, you will receive anything from 200 to 1000 copyright free photographs depending on your package.  

Do you edit the photos?
Every single photo is edited individually and corrected for colour and composition. Further work can be completed in Photoshop if required (blemish removal etc). 

Tell me about the online gallery
All the photos will made freely available on the private gallery for you to share and download if necessary as we no longer provide photos on USB. This make creating and editing photos easier and your photos selections for a photo book are simpler.

How do we get/order prints?
Prints in various sizes can be ordered directly from within your Gallery and start from as little as £0.90 for a 6x4 in Gloss or Lustre format (plus a fixed p&p charge)

Do you supply albums/books?
Some of our packages include a high quality hardback photo book. Contact us for further details.

How long does it take to get the pictures?
It can take around 4-6 weeks to produce the final photographs from your day although this can vary with the time of year. 

How far do you travel?
We will travel anywhere! We are happy to discuss your plans if you want us to travel to your wedding but it may require a hotel before/after and we might need to consider how much coverage we can provide if we have another wedding the day before/after. Restrictions may apply to a smaller wedding with limited coverage.

Are you insured?
Yes I have Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

Will you bring the drone?
Rules around drone flying have become very strict so firstly the venue has to be in an area that permits flying. The venue also have to approve and the weather has to be within limits to fly; its use can never be guaranteed. My CAA permission extends for both Day and Night ops.
